CHANGE OF AUDITOR NOTICE
Pursuant to National Instrument 51-102, Section 4.11

I. Former Auditor – Ernst & Young LLP

(a) On November 9, 2006, Angoss Software Corporation removed Ernst & Young LLP as
its auditor during their current term of appointment.

(b) The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors participated in and approved the
decision to change the auditor.

(c) The auditor’s reports of Ernst & Young LLP on the financial statements of Angoss
Software Corporation for the two years ended November 30, 2005 did not contain any
reservations as to departures from generally accepted accounting principles or
limitation in the scope of the audit.

(d) In connection with the audits for the two years ended November 30, 2005 and through to
November 9, 2005, there have been no reportable events, as defined in the National
Instrument.

II. Successor Auditor – PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP

The Corporation appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as its new auditor as at the November
9, 2006. The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors approved the appointment.
